To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex dealers in the region, the field survey team conducted an on-site visit to Hong Kong, China.

Process

In this issue, the on-site survey team traveled to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct a field visit to the forex broker BOA. According to publicly available information, its office address is RM 1703, 17/F Sino Plaza, No. 255 – 257 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

The professional and experienced site inspection team, driven by a mission to strictly protect investors, traveled to Hong Kong, China following careful planning. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker BOA, which claims to be located at RM 1703, 17/F Sino Plaza, No. 255 – 257 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

The site inspectors successfully arrived at Sino Plaza, located at 255 - 257 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The surrounding environment is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company logo or related information of BOA was found on the exterior of the building.

The site inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their intention to the security guard. After a brief conversation, they obtained permission to enter.

After arriving on the target floor, the 17th floor, the site inspectors found that BOA's office area had no obvious signage and no security measures. As no information about the company was found, they were unable to enter the interior. In addition, they could not take photos of the reception desk or its logo, and the office is not a shared office.

Through the glass door, due to the inability to enter, they could not observe the company's internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities. Upon arrival, they confirmed that the location was the correct address, but found no information about the broker. When they asked the security guard, they were told that no such company existed, and they judged it to be false.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker BOA does not exist at the above-mentioned address.

Conclusion

As planned, the inspectors conducted an on-site visit to forex broker BOA in Hong Kong, China. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not find the company's name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real place of business. Investors are advised to make their decisions after comprehensive consideration.
