TRADEVIEW MARKETS Review: Broker Complaints, Regulation Warnings, and Funds Withheld Claims
Abstract:TRADEVIEW MARKETS carries an offshore CIMA license, but a CNMV public warning says Tradeview Ltd was not authorized to provide investment services tied to Forex. Recent user complaints allege deleted accounts, unexplained deductions, forced agreements, and blocked withdrawals involving large balances.

A trader says the trouble began after a withdrawal request. The account had been active, deposits and withdrawals had reportedly worked before, and communication was handled through a WhatsApp group said to be linked to Tradeview support.
Then the tone changed. According to a complaint from Hong Kong, a withdrawal request was delayed, the support group disappeared, the account was allegedly closed, and trading records were deleted. The user claimed a remaining balance of 368,811.75 USDT was taken without a proper response.
That is the scene behind this TRADEVIEW MARKETS review. Not marketing. Not platform screenshots. Real traders describing panic, silence, deductions, and account access breakdowns.
TRADEVIEW MARKETS Broker Review: One Positive Voice Against a Wall of Complaints
Our investigation found a sharp split in user experience. One 2025 review from Japan praised Tradeview as a reliable FX broker, saying withdrawals totaling over $50,000 were completed in June and that a later small withdrawal was also processed quickly.

That matters. It shows not every trader in the complaint record reports loss or obstruction.
But the broader complaint pattern is far more severe. WikiFX records show 14 user complaints received in the past three months. Many involve funds allegedly removed, withdrawals blocked, WhatsApp communication cut off, accounts closed, or users pressured into signing agreements before receiving any remaining balance.
For retail Forex traders, that pattern cannot be ignored. A single smooth withdrawal does not erase repeated allegations of withheld funds and unilateral deductions.
Regulation Reality Audit: Offshore License, CNMV Unauthorized Warning
The regulation picture is the core risk. TRADEVIEW MARKETS is linked to Tradeview Ltd and is listed with Cayman Islands Monetary Authority oversight. But the same record also includes a public warning from Spains CNMV stating that Tradeview Ltd and related websites were not authorized to provide investment services and auxiliary services under Spanish securities law, including services connected to Forex trading.
| Regulator | License Type | REAL STATUS |
|---|---|---|
| Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) | Offshore regulation, License No. 585163, Tradeview Ltd | Offshore regulated |
| Spain National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) | Public warning concerning unauthorized investment services | Unauthorized warning: not authorized to provide listed investment and auxiliary services, including Forex-related services |
This is not a technical footnote. Offshore regulation can exist at the same time as a warning from another regulator. Traders must understand the difference between being registered offshore and being authorized to offer services in a specific market.
The CNMV warning named TRADEVIEW LTD and websites including tvmarkets.com. It stated that the entity was not authorized to provide investment services and certain auxiliary services described under the Spanish securities framework.
Withdrawal Complaints: The Pattern Traders Cannot Miss
The most alarming complaints center on withdrawals and balances. Two Hong Kong complaints in October 2025 describe similar sequences: accounts opened, WhatsApp groups used for deposit and withdrawal communication, withdrawal requests submitted, support becoming unreachable, and accounts allegedly closed on September 11.
One complaint claims 368,811.75 USDT was taken. Another claims 388,817.81 USDT was taken. Both users say no one from the company provided a meaningful follow-up.
Other users describe unexplained deductions rather than failed withdrawals. A Nigerian trader said $8,635.95 was wiped from an account and the balance turned negative. Another claimed $14,293 was removed, leaving only $268.31 accessible after signing an agreement under pressure.

A trader in the United States alleged $62,000 was removed over an old “credit balance” issue, without proof or proper calculation. The user also claimed their account manager blocked communication on WhatsApp.

TRADEVIEW MARKETS Login and Account Access Issues Exposed
The login risk appears through account closure allegations, not simple password errors. Several complaints say accounts were deleted, closed, or stripped of records after disputes over withdrawals or profits.
One Chinese-language complaint said the platform delayed payment with various excuses, then deleted data and deleted the account. Another said a client account was privately cancelled after a withdrawal request, with transaction records allegedly removed.
This matters because a trader‘s login is not just a doorway. It is access to balance history, order records, withdrawal proof, and complaint evidence. If an account disappears during a dispute, the trader’s ability to defend their case becomes weaker immediately.
The platform information reviewed also notes that MT4, MT5, and cTrader are available on desktop. It also states that two-step login and biometric authentication are not supported in the tested platform environment. That does not prove misconduct, but it adds another concern for traders who prioritize account security.
Negative Balance Claims and Forced Agreement Allegations
A cluster of complaints mentions “negative balance” or unexplained deductions. A UAE-based user alleged $166,000 was withheld or deducted after a mysterious negative balance recapture, claiming shifting explanations and pressure to sign a letter before accessing remaining funds.

Another Nigerian complaint said the user had five accounts and claimed $227,197 was deducted on July 29, 2025. The user also alleged they were forced to sign an agreement not to post negative reviews or report the matter to regulators.

A Greek user described a balance of $3,123.47 falling into a negative balance of -$30.39 despite saying no trades were placed. A Canadian complaint pointed to heavy slippage and suspicious price moves causing major account loss.

These are allegations, not court findings. But they form a consistent risk signal: unexplained balance changes, communication failures, and pressure tactics reported across multiple regions.
Visual Evidence Reviewed: 2025 Complaint Images on File
Multiple 2025 complaints included image attachments, including account screenshots and communication records submitted by users. Because the provided complaint materials are dated 2025, and there are no current-year complaint items in the reviewed file, this report does not insert current-year visual placeholders.
The lack of current-year placeholders does not soften the warning. The 2025 complaint trail is already dense. Traders should preserve screenshots, account statements, emails, chat logs, and withdrawal records before any dispute escalates.
Key Red Flags
- CNMV unauthorized warning tied to Tradeview Ltd and websites including tvmarkets.com.
- 14 complaints recorded in the past three months, according to WikiFX data.
- Repeated allegations of withdrawal delays, account deletion, and trading record removal.
- Multiple complaints describing unexplained deductions, negative balance recapture claims, and forced agreement pressure.
Is TRADEVIEW MARKETS Broker Safe for Forex Traders?
TRADEVIEW MARKETS has visible infrastructure: websites, MT4, MT5, cTrader, multiple account types, and customer service channels in several languages. It also carries an offshore CIMA regulatory record.
But safety is not proven by platform availability. Safety is proven when traders can withdraw, access records, challenge deductions, and receive transparent answers.
Here, the complaint record raises serious concerns. Large alleged losses, repeated withdrawal disputes, account access issues, and a CNMV unauthorized warning create a high-risk environment for retail traders.
The verdict is direct. Any trader considering this broker should treat TRADEVIEW MARKETS as high risk, verify the exact legal entity before depositing, test withdrawals early, and avoid keeping large balances on the platform without independent legal and regulatory checks.
