I traded manually and normally. During the morning's opening, when market volatility was high, we shorted on rallies and went long on dips. I didn't place any orders (how could I place orders for several hundred dollars?) and didn't use delayed trading. I traded within the normal range, following the platform's price movements. The platform then claimed it was a violation, froze my account without sending any emails, and declared it a violation.
