Trading is negative and lost all money for no reason

On July 23, 2024, I opened an account, deposited 1500 USD and traded at WCG markets. On July 26, 2024, I deposited an additional 700 USD. While I was trading normally, my account suddenly went negative and lost all the money (when I checked the transaction history, I found many trades executed at completely different prices than the market price, and I did not initiate those trades). I have contacted the blocker who guided me to open an account at WCG market for assistance, but I can no longer reach them. I have also sent three emails to WCG support, but I have not received any response regarding this issue.

Đang giao dịch bị âm mất hết tiền không lý do

Ngày 23/7/2024 tôi có mở tk, nạp 1500 USD và giao dịch tại sàn WCG markets, đến ngày 26/7/2024 tôi nạp tiếp 700USD, khi tôi đang giao dịch bình thường thì tk của tôi đột nhiên bị âm mất hết tiền ( tôi kiểm tra lịch sử giao dịch thì thấy có nhiều lệnh giao dịch với giá giao dịch khác hoàn toàn với giá trên sàn được thực hiện mà không phải do tôi thực hiện) tôi đã nhiều lần liên hệ bạn blocker hướng dẫn tôi mở tk ở sàn WCG market này để nhờ hỗ trợ, nhưng không thể liên lạc được nữa, tôi cũng đã 3 lần viết mai gửi cho support của sàn WCG, nhưng vẫn chưa nhận được phản hồi nào từ sàn WCG về vấn đề này của tôi.
