Slippage and suspect for Fake transaction on Coopermarkets

On June 10th 2021 I lost all my account on broker coopermarket i lost $7000, there is strange happens on coopermarket candle, i try to check with other broker at the same time and same pair, that slippage doesnt happen on other brooker.. seems like it happnes only on broker coopermarket. it doesnt seems right,.. please give our money back. help us
