Leute, denkt zehnmal nach, bevor ihr eine Einzahlung auf dieses Makler tätigt. Sie haben meinen Auszahlungsbetrag von 500.75 USD, den ich am 25. Mai getätigt habe, nicht bearbeitet. Obwohl mir von ihrem Support-Team versichert wurde, dass die Auszahlung bis zum 10. Juni genehmigt wird, wurde kein Betrag auf mein Bankkonto gutgeschrieben. Ich habe alle angeforderten Dokumente eingereicht und ihr Kundenbestätigungsformular unterschrieben. Trotzdem geben sie meine Gelder nicht frei. Ich habe das Anliegen auch über ein Ticket auf ihrem Portal gemeldet, aber ihre Antwort ist überhaupt nicht zufriedenstellend. Ich habe ihnen am 10. Mai bezüglich meiner Auszahlung geschrieben, aber sie haben noch nicht geantwortet. Ich habe alle Screenshots angehängt. Einzahlung auf eigenes Risiko.

Problem faced withdrawing my deposited capital.

Guys think ten times before making a deposit to this broker. They've not processed my withdrawal amount of 500.75 usd that i made on 25th of May. Despite being assured of the withdrawal to be approved by 10th of june by their Support team, no amount is credited in my bank account. I've submitted all the documents that were asked and signed their customer declaration form. Still they are not releasing my funds. I also raised the concern through a ticket on their portal but their response is not satisfactory at all. I mailed them on 10th of may regarding my withdrawal but they've not responded yet.
