I am writing to report a major security breach and fraudulent activity by CentFX. On 15th August 2026, a total of $3900 was withdrawn from my CentFX account without my consent.
Most importantly, I had Google Authenticator (2FA) fully enabled on my account for security. CentFX approved this massive withdrawal bypasssing the Google Authentication protocol, which is a clear violation of security standards.
I have contacted CentFX support via email and chat multiple times regarding this unauthorized transaction, but they have not provided any reply, explanation, or reason. They are completely ignoring my queries.
