Chicos, piensen diez veces antes de hacer un depósito en este Bróker. No han procesado mi monto de retiro de 500.75 USD que hice el 25 de mayo. A pesar de que el equipo de soporte me aseguró que el retiro sería aprobado para el 10 de junio, no se ha acreditado ningún monto en mi cuenta bancaria. He presentado todos los documentos que me solicitaron y firmé su formulario de declaración del cliente. Aún así, no están liberando mis fondos. También planteé la preocupación a través de un ticket en su portal, pero su respuesta no es nada satisfactoria. Les envié un correo el 10 de mayo sobre mi retiro, pero aún no han respondido. He adjuntado todas las capturas de pantalla. Deposite bajo su propio riesgo.

Problem faced withdrawing my deposited capital.

Guys think ten times before making a deposit to this broker. They've not processed my withdrawal amount of 500.75 usd that i made on 25th of May. Despite being assured of the withdrawal to be approved by 10th of june by their Support team, no amount is credited in my bank account. I've submitted all the documents that were asked and signed their customer declaration form. Still they are not releasing my funds. I also raised the concern through a ticket on their portal but their response is not satisfactory at all. I mailed them on 10th of may regarding my withdrawal but they've not responded yet. I have attached all screenshots. Deposit at your own risk.
